i ordered mine from savstore.com and its sooooooooo quiet compared to my old maxtor and western digital drives i was gona order a seagate but for the price these are well worth it 160GB for £108 including delivery, my system is nearly silent just the graphix card making noise now.

I built a system with a pioneer A05 in it and it was very quiet compared to my dvd and cdwriter drives but it also seemed alot slower

It's arrived, well it arrived yesterday. i am more than please with quietness of it, but i had a couple of problems 1 one of the motherboard power pin thingys was bent on it so i had to straightern it to get it to fit 2 it doesnt have a plastic bag or anything to cover it so some of the little foamy...

i wana get one but i cant or at least something that silences drives without cooking them.

i ordered mine on friday. now its just wait and see

i was thinking about the Nexus NX4000quiet expensive or maybe the Sparkle FSP350-60PN about half the price but which would be quieter.

also the SilenX 400w 14 dBA looks very tempting but i cannot find it for sale in the UK anyware anyone help me on this one??
