All my drug store had was 91% so I bought that, and nothing exploded when I used it so I think you can use it too. Still, 99% would be the best choice.

meh - the "impurity" is usually just water - which will be voltalized off with the isopropanol.
Just go get some from the pharmacy - you don't need to order it from Fisher

I use un-du and follow up with rubbing alcohol.
There is no need for the pure stuff, I have some, and it does no better or worse.

i was removing one of my friends thermal pads and i was really surprised but goo-gone works really welll. just remember to clean it with isoproply afterward.
