Summer Temps

Post by ahrbruz » Tue May 18, 2004 9:11 pm

Reporting In:

Summer is just about here at 49 north. Ambient at 24 C, and my system shows the following:

Temp Probes:
Case 27.7
CPU 38
RAM 32

MBM reports:

MoBo 37
Samsung 25
Seagate 36

Methinks the Antec P160 with a single 120mm exhaust is doing just fine.

Sounds good, my CPUs have been getting over 50°C recently while its been hot. But then they are folding away 24/7...

CoolGav - I recently learned that just puting the cpu on the sunlight with ambient about 22 degrees cause the core to heat up to 32-36 degrees in few moments

I should for safety mention that the CPU was just alone, not used/attached to the machine

So, having core temp 38 degrees means that you have totaly cold machine, dude  No worries about summer :P As long the CPU temps did not reaching 85 degrees, you are safe :P
