Fast Pentium-M's coming next month

According the the article, new Pentium-Ms are coming out next month including a 2.13ghz model. According to what I read before, these 533mhz bus chips will push the FPU performance up around 25-30% in the SPEC tests and will push power consumption to 27W.

It's not only the faster bus but also the faster ram the chips will get - i855 is limited to single-channel ddr-333 (2.7GB/s) so the 400Mhz FSB (3.2GB/s) itself isn't that limiting.
Alviso will support DDR2-533 (still single channel), so both FSB and ram will have a maximum throughput of 4.3GB/s.
25-30% performance increase sounds a bit exaggerated, 20% sounds closer for specfp from what I've seen (pretty much everything else you'd use as a benchmark save from pure memory benchmarks would show less of an improvement).
Alviso will certainly come out the same time as the new P-M.

The new core could be up to 20% faster, but so is the heat generated (21W TDP -> 27W? TDP).

The most exiting feature of the new Dothans is NX support.
