That looks like a condensed version of a front page WSJ story. I say that because of the picture (drawing) of Isaac, which is usually done for a front page story. It also says page A1, which is the front page. Everyone needs to get to a newstand and check out the entire article.
This site is going to go bonkers with page hits if I am right.

I just went out and got the WSJ (newsprint) and the article is on page 1, center column. The web version with the link above is the complete article (it jsut looks shorter because newspaper columns are so narrow).

Works for me, too. I think he looks more like Jet Li than Chow Yun Fat, though.
