are the new x1800's going to be too hot to cool quietly?

I've read reviews of the x1800.

one of them noted that the air coming out of the exhaust was the hottest they had ever felt coming of a gfx card. not exactly scientific but worrying nonetheless. looking at the size of the hsf's on these cards, i wonder how realisitic a very quiet/silent solution would be for them.
