Well, after some work my computer really is very quiet . Still have some things to do like a more secure hdd suspension and get a airfilter in the fron and cut the grill in the front. And attach the home-made fanmate so it is acessible from the outside of the case.
My System:
Cooler Master Cavalier 3
Chassi Fan: Cooler Master 120x25mm (A12025-12CB-4KN-L1) PL12S12L fanmated down to same noise-level as the cpu cooler.
PSU: OEM 300W (not the one included with the CM cav-3) modified with Nexus 120mm orange silent fan.
Cpu: AMD Athlon XP-M 2400+ @1.54V running @2100MHz (xp 3000+)
Cooled with a 7000alcu Nexman @~8V.
GeXcube Radeon 9600pro with Zalman-ZM80D-HP.
Hdd Samsung Spinpoint 160GB s-ata, (don't now if it is a nidec or not)
My first attempt for quiet pc

well, yes it is a modified 7000alcu zalman with a nexus. And I have to warn for the CoolerMaster Case because i had to make some modifications, the airflow on an unmodified case is limited to a few small holes in the bottom of the front.
What i did was to rip out the metal-frame thta is located in the lower part of the front. though that metalpeice acts as ground to the chassi for the firewire and USB ports on the front so if you are going to use them i recommend to attach a cable from the frontport-ground area to the case. (thats what i did as im using the USB)
