Looks cool and quiet :) That really looks nice. I had a tsunami case too, and it would've been quiet without the harddisk (Samsung p120 sounded like a pretty noisy fan)

I like your sound dampening stuff. Were you able to purchase it in small quantities, or was it left over from something?

teomilke, after much experimenting, ive realised that my rig doesnt need to exhaust large volumes of air. i know i have cooler components [7600gt and a 3500+ as opposed to a 7800GT and a P4] but you could try lowering the speed of the exhaust fan.

seeing how restrictive those grills are, perhaps this could be even more effective in lowering noise for you.

as i type this, my ambient room temp is 35C and all im using is a single 80mm 1500rpm 17CFM panaflo for exhaust! [my PSU moves so little air i think it wont make a diff at all :| ] i compared my current temp readings with others using the same motherboard [at least the readings are standard this way] and IMO, they good, considering my room temp!
