Hello,

My name is Jod and here's some fun pics of the adventure.

All 3 Tricools are on Med, but the Zalman's on high cause I'm testing oc.

Fun, fun, but as you can see, it's still running hot. So I took it out on the CPU and HSF.

But not even a nice mating can take care of the roasting inferno inside. No, I fear I need to move onto Mr. Stacker 810 and shove 4 Scythe SFLEX's in there. Maybe the Ninja w/ another Scythe. Tho it's not a total loss, as I did manage a bit of this before they took down the master server.

Mechs!! OMG!

So what's the temp drop after you lap the HSF & CPU?

Thanks guys!

I started with 400, then 800, 1500, and finally 2000 grit 3M wet/dry from Wal-Mart. Did it all dry thist time. Much faster. Temps have decreased 2C idle and 5C load. It would be more, but I used the dot method of TIM application. I'll be doing the smooth method with a baggy and use AS5 instead of Ceramique tonight. As for the NB fan...ha! What a joke. That thing gets so hot, it shoots fireballs at me. I'll be putting the whole thing in a black 810 w/ a Jing Ting NB cooler soon.
