Since I became a noise freak, I've always had something to change on my system to make it more quiet, and suddenly I got an idea
My system:
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
Core 2 Duo E6600
2x1Gb DDR2 Kingmax 667@800mhz
Powercolor X1600XT, VIVO, Dual DVI
Samsung 320Gb (321KJ)
WD 200Gb (2000JS)
Samsung 160Gb (HD160JJ)
LG 4163B DVD-RAM
LG DVD-ROM
Creative Audigy 4
Seasonic S12 430W
All that in Coolermaster Centurion 531 case.
First, I bought silent fans and put them on 5V, then I had to mod VF900 cooler for my graphic card with Sharkoon Silent Eagle @5V.
AC Freezer 7 Pro @5V has been in the case since I bought this conroe.
Then I bought an acoustic "sponge" (or whatever that is).
Samsung HDD of course, and finally I swapped my OCZ 450W Modstream with Seasonic S12 430W.
Yet again I wasn't satisfied. I wanted to find a way to completely remove the noise
These are pictures of my system (sorry for the bad angle of pictures, but I think you'll forgive me later ):
Ok, now let's see what I've done
This was my room while I was working
I bought a roundeed IDE cables:
While I was working on the extended cable for the power/reset switch and LEDs:
This is a storage room, near the my room, where I put the case:
And the hole in my room for the cables
I'm the proudest on my cage for optical drives:

Finally:
