Ash, DrCR, thanks for your kind words!

The extra intake fan (and gpu fan which you`ll see after I update the first post) are not an issue. All of them together are less audible than the exhaust fan because of their location. The exhaust fan itself is inaudible from where I sit though during the hot weeks coming it might ramp up a bit more.

It`s been a tough week. I did a lot of changes to my pc though they were not without casualties. I upgraded to a quad core since I needed lots of 3d renderings done inlittle time. Trouble is, the motherboard fell of my hands (too much stress and caffeine) and got badly damaged. So I`m going to update the first post when I find the time.

How did you attach the custom front to the case?

Impressive mods btw.

It isn't clear in the pictures but how did you attach the custom front panel to the case?

I just used some strong double sided tape. Eventually I got bored of the custom panel so I put the stock one back in place. Then I got bored of that one too and I exchanged it for the one of the pc-7 (same case different panel).
