Cube Nox - Is this a Ultra Microfly, an Aspire XQPACK or ?

I'm not able to find Ultra Microfly or Aspire XQPACK for sale, but I've found this:

Does anyone heard of it? Is it a rebadged Ultra Microfly or Aspire XQPack or something else?

What do you think is better sound and temperature-wise? This one ore the NSK-2400?

definitely looks like the microfly. The NSK-2400 would likely be much better for both sound and temperature but its quite a bit bigger as well.

I'm going to have two disks. Do you think NSK-2400 is better for that? I don't mind the extra size (but would like if there was an all black version, though)
