P182 is driving me insane

I have tried for an hour (unsuccessfully) to remove the DVD/CD bay covers

Is there some trick to this? Because I've broken half of them and made my case look like crap, but they still won't come out.

Do you mean the metal plates covering the drive bays? I've never had any problems with those. They usually fall off if you bend them back and fourth a few times.

You just pull on the plastic ones and they should come off with some force. There shouldn't be any damage though.

errr this is not good. But they just seemed like normal plastic case covers to me.

And yeah just like the other guy said, just wiggle the metal and it will eventually come off

I meant the plastic ones :\ Trust me, I've tried pulling them every which way and they're in there like a rock, the metal ones aren't a problem...Anyway, I'll go try again.

Okay, guess I was having a bad night. I just pulled on one and it came right off without any damage :\ Hehe, thanks for all the help guys.
