- I put acoustic foam all inside my case
- I removed the plastic mask on the front case
- I used paper to let the 3,5" and 5,25" bays stay firmly in position
- I used Zalman's rubbered bolts on all my HDDs
- I changed the HDDs from Samsung to Western Digital
- I changed the heatsink and the case fans
- I layed off the case on the side, and put something very heavy over it
- I removed everything but 1 HDD
- I removed the front door
- I called an exorcist
Nothing. That humming, rithmic, noise (due to HDD vibrations) was always there.
Then, after 2 years of agony, something strange happened.
I found the solution.
