I was wondering if anyone had this case http://silverstonetek.com/products-tj03.htm or has seen it up close. what do you think about it from a airflow and noise point of view. Please share you thoughts.

My quick thoughts:

1) Looks nicely built.

2) Fair to middlin airflow due to restrictive front bezel desighn.

3) Aluminum is second-rate material for building quiet PCs. It resonates too much.

I think that the TJ-04 has much more potential to build a quiet case. The steel chassis offers a better starting point. The only issue is whether enough air gets in the front but that can be modded based on the photos.
