I've heard the term "Front bezel mod" before and I've done a 1000 searches in the forum (maybe a few less...) but I haven't been successfull yet. Could anyone pls direct me to a post with describing text and pictures (if possible).

I believe you're also supposed to cut out all of the cross slats on the inner bezel:

Nope = and it also solves the problem of dust being pulled in around the drive bays
