Several companies make PCI slot coolers. The do reduce case temps by exhausting warm air (especially if you place it near a card that produces heat, like a video card). But since they have fans, they also make noise. Whether the noise is low enough for your tastes is the critical issue (like any exhaust fan).

I would prefer to use an arctic cooling vga silencer if you need to exhaust video card heat, since you'll only be using one fan to get rid of the heat, compared to a blower and a stock vga cooler. If that makes sence!?

This is an intake slot cooler, not an exhaust.

Even if it will provide cool outside air to your VGA it won't do it quietly, on it's low setting the fan runs at 2500 RPM.
Not so impressive specifications:

Code: Select all

RPM 3500 3000 2500
CFM 15.9 13.6 11.5
DBA 37 35.5 29.3
