How do you remove the expansion covers from the Antec 3000B?

Enclosures and acoustic damping to help quiet them.

The expansion covers for the PCI, PCI-Express slots are covered. I don't know how to remove them and Antec is lacking some serious documentation on it...

You're talking about the PCI slot covers? You just pull them straight out. They're only held in by friction and a little nub, not screwed into place like typical ones.

Yea, I'm talking about the PCI covers. Just pull them out? Are you sure that I don't have to bend anything to pull it out? It seems like it's stuck pretty hard.

I found them quite hard to remove. I ended up using long nose pliers and had to bend them slightly to disengage where they were locking into the threaded area for the screw.

No way I can re-use them now without some serious metal working.

Thanks! That did the trick.
