How do you remove the expansion covers from the Antec 3000B?

How do you remove the expansion covers from the Antec 3000B?
The expansion covers for the PCI, PCI-Express slots are covered. I don't know how to remove them and Antec is lacking some serious documentation on it...

Yea, I'm talking about the PCI covers. Just pull them out? Are you sure that I don't have to bend anything to pull it out? They're only held in by friction and a little nub, not screwed into place like typical ones.
I found them quite hard to remove. No way I can re-use them now without some serious metal working.
