ZALMAN CNPS9500 and the Antec Solo

Has anyone used the ZALMAN CNPS9500 in the Antec Solo case?

Should I be concerned about clearances?

Or is my question could be premature because I have not yet decided on a motherboard? I was waiting for the new intel nforce5 motherboard announcements in a few days.

Any advice is appreciated.

it should be fine, i have 9500 on a asus p5w dh in a solo
