Silverstone Raven RV01

What do you think of the Silverstone Raven RV01?
I think its ugly, but I couldnt care less about what it looks like.
I have some questions about its functionality.

Is the harddrive mounting in it a good solution?
Since the 180mm fans are inside the case I was thinking of adding some kind of sound dampening material to it. I dont know which one..

Im thinking of using this inside the case:
1x Silverstone Nightjar ST30NF 300W - (Got one)
2x Seagate Barracuda 7200.8 ST3250823AS 8MB 250GB - (Got them)
1x Samsung SpinPoint F1 HD103UJ 32MB 1TB - (Got one)
3x Zalman FanMate 2 - (Got them, but maybe I dont need them)
1x ASRock 4Core1333-FullHD - (Got one)
1x Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 2,0GHz Box - (Got one)
2x 2GB OCZ Reaper HPC DDR2 PC6400/800MHz CL4 (Got them)

1x Gigabyte Radeon HD4850 Multi Core Cooling TV-Out Dual-DVI 1GB - (Its passive, my cousin want to sell it to me for a good prize)
1x Good CPU Cooler. Which one will fit in this setup?
Perhaps a Thermalright HR-01 Plus or a Thermalright IFX-14, and disabling that top 120mm fan?
If the CPU fan blows upwards and hot air wants to move out there automaticly it might be enough to get the heat out and the fan noise to stay inside the sound dampening area instead?

For one thing HDDs are spaced very tightly with plastic trays blocking airflow further. (and use of lowest 5.25" bay would block any remaining HDD cooling airflow)
Also as all these now so fashionable plastic trays/caddies seem to always wrap tightly around HDD I doubt there's much vibration insulation because those small rubber grommets on screws don't do any good if there's direct contact elsewhere.

But that point of removing exhaust fan and just using CPU cooler's fan blowing upwards is definitely beneficial.
Stamped meshes in airflow paths can be solved with some cutting.

Sideway mounted HDD trays are very poor for typical airflow. The cages are very restrictive and don't cool very well.

Bit tech slated it in their preview after building a system. Seems like it will be truly impossible to get a neat or satisfying build.
