I noticed that the most noise comes from the bottom front, where the HDDs and an intake fan are located.
The noise gets reduced noticeably with the front door closed.
But could I reduce it further if I added something to the door? If yes, what would you recommend?
I tried with some light foam, but, as expected, it didn't help. So I'm guessing it would have to be something denser/heavier.

Why is there so much noise comming from that bottom vent? Maybe the fan is too loud / too fast , maybe a noisy HDD? If some thin foam can't absorb it, I don't see a way to block the vent for sound without blocking it for air that is needed to cool the HDDs and PSU.
Re: P183 - dampening the front door
The noise is mostly from the HDDs, but there's not a lot of it.
I wasn't thinking of blocking that entrance, merely to enhance the way the door already functions [in reducing the noise], if possible.
