Interesting. Honeycomb performed worse than I expected.

Nice to get some numbers to ones theories. One might want to remember there was a 3mm thickness to the cutout patterns which should make those patterns worse than otherwise. Anyway it's good to see wire coming so close to no grill at all. Take away a few strands with a snip and they'll be darn near perfect. ;)
