i have 8 machines folding. One P4 2.6, one P4 2.8 and one P4 3.4 (overclocked). In addition to that a dual Xeon 2.8 (overclocked) and 5 AMD XP 2500+ (some overclocked to XP 3200+). These machines give me around 7000 PPW.

8 machines folding .. call me crazy .. i know :D

According to Stanford's stats, I have 15 machines folding. They range from a P3 800e (a tape server), a couple of P3 tualatin's (server and notebook), a centrino notebook, a few P4 2.4 engineering workstations, a couple of Barton 2500+ CAD stations, a P4 2.8 HTPC and a P4 3.06 box -- I know I'm forgetting some, but that's the jist of it

Dave

EDIT And a couple of P4 1.8 willy's oc'd to 2.0 -- all of the machines are on 24/7, but most are also used 8+hrs/day

In my case it is 54 cpus. Most are pentium 3 at 700 or 800 MHz.

The majority of them will be going out of service soon, because Stanford is now refusing to give out batches of timeless tinkers and gromacs, and with my version of Red Hat linux I require either tinkers or a full batch of 10 work units.

I got ca. 3000 PPW.

Here's what I got.

2 Instances on HT 3.4 GHz Precott.

4 Instances on Quad P3-800 (work - my lab's DC)
2 Instances on Dual P3-933 (work - lab machine)
1 Instance on P3-700 (work - lab machine)
3 Instances on 3 x P4 2 GHz (work - lab machines)
1 Instance on P4 3 GHz (work - work laptop).

So, combined total of 13 instances over (I know the math is flawed - just go with it) a total of ca. 21.5 GHz ... so, ca. 7 GHz total for 1000 PPW.

Does that sound about right?

TRC-13's reply is something like Russia saying they have a few nukes for defense.

Considering bkh does 9000 PPW on 54 CPUs while TRC-13 does 14000+ PPW may I just ask how many thousand 3200+s you have?

Lets just say I've acquired a few more weapons  Things should be picking up again here in the near future.

... You just have to understand which science he's talking about.
Perhaps one of those branches of materials science that studies CRUSHING and ABLATION.

TRC-13 & bkh are our top two folders. 8)

Both have been here a fair while.

Both have unusually low post counts.

Just goes to show how many cycles a keyboard uses...
