Yah i noticed that too. course i've been tracking our overtake progress for a while so i saw it coming.
The other nice thing is that we escaped the overtake range of the macrumors folding team, they were going to be overtaking us in about 9 months, but we increased production enough to avoid that. GO SPCR!!!

Congratulations to all of us!
Now all we have to do is set our sights on position 19!

What happened? We're dropping again! (not in rank, but in many other ways) Why aren't more people folding?

Does this mean that SPCR is the 20th most productive Folding team in the world? If so that's pretty darn impressive!

Yeah, I wish I had that kind of money (if you're willing to donate the $ I'll build it

).
Edit (Forgot my main point):
What happened to all the SPCR folders? We were going well for awhile and inching closer to 19, but now, we're just inching closer to being kicked out of 20th place.

We are going to be passed by Macrumors.com, if we don't pick things up! Our output has dropped lately -- c'mon folks, these hold them at bay!
Can some people PM those who have stopped Folding lately? We need about 20-25 more folders to add their results every day ot two...or we will be out of the top 20!

The graphical client hates my dual-screen setup, it crashes out way too often

I'm doing my part with my A64 3000+ system, pegged at 40% CPU load max... I'm a complete noob, so I can't remember how to adjust max usage upward.
Team username is cerberus1981.

Welcome!
If you're using the graphical client - right click Configure->Advanced->CPU Usage Percent (should be 100%)

You were right; I'd installed the console version but was too clueless to work it. Deleted that and installed the graphical client and have it running at ~60% CPU usage. We'll see how this works.
(...wonder how effective a Pentium 133 system would be as an auxiliary folding machine...)

Greetings,
The CLI client is very efficient (no cycles lost to graphics) and it runs at 100% the moment that you are not using the computer. I believe that there is also a question during the installation that lets you push up the priority from Idle (default) to Low, which would increase it even while you are using the computer.
On the dual monitor crashes -- are you overclocking, and/or have you checked your RAM for errors? Dual monitors should have zero affect on the F@H client.
If you are overclocking, then lower the clockspeed or bump up the voltage and see if the crashes stop. I would recommend increasing the RAM voltage to see if the RAM is the culprit?
Does anyone want to PM all the inactive members on the first and/or second pages (on the ExtremeOverclocking stats), and politely ask them to resume Folding? Please?

Hey, hang on there Neil, at least wait until I've caught up to them a little, I'm still struggling to get off page four.

Hello,
Okay, we could PM anybody on the team, that we know is still active in the forum, too?

I'd recommend sending a PM to folks in the upper ranks that haven't turned in a WU in a while. Neil, I know you sent me a PM sometime last year regarding the same subject. It got me Folding again. I'd stopped for some reason, and just hadn't remembered to set it up again. Worked for me, fair chance it'll work as a reminder for some other folks.
