Hey, I can dream can't I? I mean, what is it about women that they can't tell you their important news during commercials? They always have to wait until the most important part of a show to interrup you!

Oh, well, back to your regularly scheduled Silent PC.....

I'm having a good laugh, imagining the reception this thread would be getting over at the uber 'PC' MacOSX forum, especially now that Jean is a moderator. She is the one who jumped all over me (in a PM) for posting the picture of bikini model Sarah Jane holding the sign saying "Fold for SPCR". Even mentioning the name "Sarah Jane" got me censured (albeit by Ken, not Jean). Thankfully we are much more tolerant of such harmess fun here. :D

I'm poking fun at Jean, but aside from that one little "incident", I LIKE Jean, so all you MacOSX folks, don't get your panties in a bunch, OK? :D

wgragg bearing in mind what you said and the time difference between us... I think we might be 'sharing' the same woman    .

It's either that or it's a genetic trait... and that scares me even more....

LOL, well if someone has a problem with my rant, they have every right to complain. It doesn't mean that I will change anything, but they can complain if they want to. The way I figure it, the only two women I have to keep happy are my mother and my wife. My mother lives 1100 miles away and I have learned to say uh-huh when my wife interrupts my show. Either that, or I give her "the look".

Besides, if she gives me too hard a time, I just refuse to fix her computer when she does something to it!

(I await the flames)

Honestly, I think it is something shared between a mother and her daughter when she explains the birds and the bees to the kid. "Now honey, someday you may be married and if you want to really irritate your husband......"

My mother lives 1100 miles away
So thats why they call it the promised land

1100miles is just not possible in the U.K. ... 'sigh'.... *Drifts off into dream land.......*

I give her "the look"

I thought only women/mums were allowed to do that

WOW, you really do live in the promised land.....(No emoticon available to fully justify)

Shad0 has been with us barely a week, but has put up some serious points yesterday (339) and today (218). He's down there at #192 at the moment, but not for long.

Equiquay is an other new user (joined less than 2 weeks ago) making his presence felt with 495 points today.

SGreiwe has been around a little longer (posted his first points 3/7), but is already up to #113 and could be Top 100 in just a few days.

olos, way down at #195, is putting up an average of 150 PPD over the past 4 days. Keep that up and you will be BLUE and 3 more days.

Cool, I'm already in top 200...
now aiming for top 100, and fighting with Olos who might get in front of me if I'm not careful ;)

Don't get cocky, only 155 are even trying!

I expect to see you in the top 100 within a few weeks.

David, bearing in mind the nature of this site, I'd guess they are ear 'defenders' '8)'

Either that or he's taken wragg's observation to it's natural conclusion ''
