Hi,

It's just that most people buy what ever thing is new -- it must be good, because X makes it and sells it? The talking heads might as well be telling you that it's a piece of junk, and people will still just buy it.

Shouldn't Microsoft have been addressed first? Seems they've perfected this line of business.
