I'm aware that siteowners get money for ad views, but do they get money for clicks too?

I'm not an admin so I don't know for certain, but I believe that they get paid for both views and clicks, but get paid more for clicks. I'm sure that it also depends on the specific ad company/website.

if you are an affiliate, you get paid a small percentage of the sale... that's where the real money is.
