Water cooled Radeon X1900XTX

I just saw that Sapphire is coming out with an all-internal water cooled Radeon X1900 XTX (see http://www.sapphiretech.com/en/products ... p?gpid=143 ).

It sounds like they claim to have 'low noise' and 'higher efficiency' fan speed settings at 18/26 dBA...

Is it just me, or is the net effect of this only to move the fan 1 slot over?

Sure, it'll be a few degrees cooler, but it probably uses the same noisy fan as the air cooler.
