Check out this review: http://www.sytrin.com/3B-II-2-b.html

EDIT: Sorry - the review is here: http://www.ocia.net/reviews/sytrinvf1/page1.shtml

Dumps hot air in the case, but otherwise it looks very promising.

It's nice to see yet another contender on the VGA cooling market but I'm not very impressed by that cross-flow fan, however, there seems to be enough space between the fins to allow for a low-rpm fan on a fan bracket to properly cool a card that doesn't consume a lot of power.

I remember this now.... it was mentioned on the home page News section a couple months ago.

A search also turned up another thread/review:

Unfortunately upon examining pictures of the mounting system, I don't think you can rotate this thing 90 degrees and rig up some kind of outside ducted system. :(

There's a new review of this thing at Tom's Hardware

Of course I know no one here will trust their quietness judgements on this thing, but in terms of cooling it seems to perform quite admirably and may be worth looking into. Would like to hear some SPCR people's take on it. The low price and near-universal fit for almst any graphics card are pretty nice features.
