Unfortunately upon examining pictures of the mounting system, I don't think you can rotate this thing 90 degrees and rig up some kind of outside ducted system.

There's a new review of this thing at Tom's Hardware
Of course I know no one here will trust their quietness judgements on this thing, but in terms of cooling it seems to perform quite admirably and may be worth looking into. Would like to hear some SPCR people's take on it. The low price and near-universal fit for almst any graphics card are pretty nice features.
