Zalman ZM80D-HP and ASUS P4C800 compatibility question

I'm wondering if the Zalman ZM80D-HP Passive VGA cooler is compatible with the Asus P4C800 Deluxe motherboard.

It appears that the large VGA heatsink might collide with the passive northbridge heatsink or possibly the system memory.

Maybe someone who has the setup or has tried this kind of setup could answer this question.

I was using ZM80D on my P4P800E-Dlx without a problem. If I remember correctly, P4C800 have the same layout with P4P800 only using different chip.

I'm using the Asus P4C800 Deluxe with a ZM80C with no problems.
