ATi/Sapphire HD2600XT stock fan... quiet?

Hi, i was wondering if the stock fan on the HD2600XT are quiet or not?

I read on some sites saying that the power draw of the card is very low and most of the time the fan very quiet because it doesnt have to cool much.

im not able to get the passive version here locally in Canada.

anyone have their experiences with the stock HD2600XT fan?

Stock fan doesn't look very promising, I'd look more toward something like the HIS ICEQ, which should be pretty quiet and dual slot.
