yep. instead of 1 yate on the s1 i put up 2 yates.
i wonder if its overkill and if i should take off 1 and only have 1

Which review are you talking about? And I am using the s1's ramsinks and have no ramsinks for volt regulator chips and stuff. Also, the other parts of my computer are coming tomorrow so I cant test the temps just yetmr_plow_king wrote:According to the review, more airflow did not improve much the performance so I guess a single 5v Yate loon should be enough

http://www.silentpcreview.com/article793-page6.htmlOnly a marginal amount of direct airflow was needed to push the S1 straight past competency and into first-class status — increasing the fan speed past 7V was pointless as there was no significant improvement.
3rd paragraph :
The wide fin spacing made adding a fan easy and only a small amount of airflow was required to make it a top notch cooler.
