which is the best dx10 pcie graphics card that does not have a fan?
so far i found this one:

its an asus EN8600GT SILENT but i was wondering if there is anything else i missed?
also, would it be safe to run this card above without a intake fan?

I've had a good experience with the ECS. No noises. I think Jazz may have purchased a defective card.

Or you could always buy an eVGA 8800GT (they have several flavors - I like the Superclocked) and add an Accelero S1. The warranty on eVGA cards allows for heatsink swaps, so you don't have to worry about voiding it.

I've been looking at the
Gigabyte 8600GT, another is
MSI's. Both decent reviews. If you want to go a bit faster, MSI do a passive 8600GTS.
All passive cards need good air circulation past them. It's a question of working out the flow pattern through your case.
