Hey I've been doing some searching in passive gpus

I've found passive 8800gts and 4850. Any other passive powerful gpus?

it would depend on your other case flow and how much work you were willing to go through, but to keep is pretty simple, 4850 offers a lot of gas. If you don't plan on using an Nvidia card at the same time (i use 2 cards for 3 displays) and don't mind that the ATI drivers are still a bit rough around the edges, that's probably going to be you best bet by a good bit.
