Is there any way I can measure or obtain the power dissipation at idle and 100% load of the GeForce 9300GS, which is onboard the Zotac GF-9300-itx motherboard?

I can't find ANY info on Nvidia's site. Specifically, I need the maximum power consumption, and maximum safe operating temperature before throttle/shutdown.

Any help is appreciated...
