How silent is an Accellero Xtreme 5870?

I'd like to know what RPM the fans can spin at without being heard in an open/caseless PC.

Normally the point fans become inaudible is around 700 - 800 RPM.

Are you sure about that? The site says that the fans start at 900 RPM.
