If I read this right, Intel Ivy Bridge will have a Wireless Display capability!
"Intel promises better battery life and new and more impressive ULV platforms coming. Media capabilities should get even better as well as improved wireless display."

All it says it that the technology will be improved on the Chief River platform. The technology is already here, it's not something new that will be introduced with Ivy Bridge: Intel Wireless Display.

Where can I go buy this? I haven't seen it before.
Is it limited to lap tops?

It's apparently limited to only some specially configured notebooks with complete Intel graphics and chipsets. It transmits the video over a proprietary encoded 2.4 GHz wireless N connection from the notebook to the receiver. From what it sounds like, the existing version isn't particular good, which is probably why hardly anyone has heard of it.
The Amazon reviews are mixed, to say the least. It apparently has a two second lag from what appears on the notebook's screen, and some mention choppy video performance and random disconnections. There's also the fact that it can't transmit DRM-protected video, so you can't play DVDs or Blu-Ray discs over it. Plus, it only has a range of 12 feet, so you'd might as well just hook up an HDMI cable to your TV.
