What's the difference between the I and II?
Look's like its only a compatibility upgrade, i bought the first model for 25€.

Nice. It's only available for 2x the price here.justice99 wrote:What's the difference between the I and II?

I've been considering this cooler for my 6950, but the motherboard in my computer has SATA ports placed in such a way that the fans MAY get in the way.
On my 5850 with an accelero S1 and a 12cm fan, I had to position the fan to the middle so it didn't push hard against the Sata connector.
I was leaning towards the Scythe Setsugen 2, mainly for space considerations, but I heard that the cooling performance is worse with that, and it may not cool a 6950 with unlocked shaders at max load, unless I spin up the fans so it becomes very loud.

Those coolers are nice. But they are too dam big. My friend has one on his 6950 and its huge! I have a twin turbo pro on my 6950 and it cools just as well but its half the size...
