Unfortunately, the article doesn't show any test methodology or test results. There are no noise or temp comparisons. It looks to be more of a way to link to Amazon than anything else.

So is there any consensus here on which 1070 is the coolest and quietest?

Would it be the MSI 1070 Gaming X and EVGA 1070 SC ?
