Why GPUZ showing THRM perfcap on my gtx 1080?

Hello. Sometimes GPUZ reporting at starting games for a moment, perfcap reason THRM which is for 15 seconds, on my Gtx 1080 Xtreme. I dont know why because temps are very low 50C. Screen:




Any ideas why?Ahh and restart pc fixing this completelly until again. Thx for suggestion. My temps are very low , so i dont know why it reporting THRM. THX!

What the statistics server said about that THRM?

BTW, I'd crank up the fan manually at 100%, and then repeat the tests: if it throttled again, personally I'd RMA the GPU.

Perfcap is a GPUZ feature and it is probably early days for the newer cards such as the GTX 1080. So it may be that GPUZ is picking up some sort of transient inconsistency but the Perfcap reasons being displayed may have little or no relation to what it actually is. Updating to the latest 1.10 version of GPUZ and/or latest Geforce driver might help.

I try on GPUZ 1.10 and the same. Restart pc fixing this.

So rma my card because sometimes i get THRM perfcap reason for couple of seconds, after starting games? Clocks are the same with or without THRM, its not performance affected.
