Antec SLK3000B + Swiftech H20-120-FB Water Cooling Kit?
Will all the components fit the case perfectly? Also if I can change the 120mm fan on the radiator to one such as the Nexus 120mm fan? Is the pump nice and silent? If not, what can I do to reduce the noise on the pump? Thanks!
I once managed to get a similar custom water cooling system inside an antec super lanboy which has a similar design. I piggybacked the radiator on the exhaust fan and used knockouts to make holes for the tubes to connect to the rad.
as far as noise goes..... Does that system come with the 650 (laing ecocirc d4), or the 350 (laing delphi)? The 350 is very quiet, the 650(at least the one I had) was very obnoxious. It sounded like an old ball-bearing harddrive.

Swiftech has two different pumps that they are putting in their kits.
The Laing Delphi or as they call it the mcp350 http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-pmp-31.html this pump is very quiet.
The laing ecocirc d4 or as they call it mcp650 http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-pmp-27.html the one I had was very noisy
You need to provide a link to the kit you want info on.

Re: Swiftech H20-120-FB
Swiftech continues to evolve this kit. It now is in revision 3a and includes an integrated reservoir and MCP350 pump. The previous version, which I am using with a Sonata case, was based on the same pump but it was not integrated with the reservoir.
The pump is very quiet. Vibration in my system is damped by mounting it on foam. The integrated reservoir does not appear to provide damping for the pump and I'll be interested in your feedback on how well it minimizes vibration.
The biggest annoyance I experienced with the kit was gurgling noise from the reservoir. Based on a suggestion I read in a review, I tilted the reservoir up at an angle and that solved the problem (but does take two 5.25" bays). Again, it will be interesting to hear if you experience this issue.
I did swap the included fan for a Nexus 120mm fan running at about 900 RPM. I mounted the radiator on the back of the Sonata using the Swiftech Radbox.
