Reserator & Dangerden Chipset Block

Post by gremboid » Tue Dec 20, 2005 4:42 pm

Hi,

I'm going to use the Zalman Reserator +1 to cool my system. When using 2 graphics cards, it has been reported that Zalmans water block doesnt fit properly.

Therefore I have found an alternative block; one made by DangerDen especially for the motherboard I have (Asus A8N-SLI)

Heres a link: http://store.over-clock.com/Chipset_Blocks.html

Now, will the reserators tubing be compaitable with this block right out of the box? The block supports 1/2" and 3/8" barbs, and you can select the ones you want when purchasing.

Thanks

Should fit nicely as long as the outer diameter of the block fitting is larger than the inner diameter of the tubing(8mm), the silicone tubing is pretty flexible :)

That is what I am using in my system. The 3/8" barb works fine.
