GIGABYTE K8NU-SLI nForce4 SLI - passive chipset cooling

The Gigabyte K8NU-SLI appeared at NewEgg in the last few days. It's a passively cooled nForce4 board, so there are no issues of blocked slots.

Does anyone know of any reviews of this board or how it compares to the other boards? It's actually the least expensive nForce4 SLI board they carry.

P.S. There is no Motherboard section in the hardware specific area, so I posted this here.
