Need some quick advice

Hi guys,
I posted a while ago about asking for advice on a build and due to that, was going to research for a bit longer until I made my build - however, my hand is being forced and I must build the new system soon. So I would like to present the following and ask for last minute advice. The order will go in Sunday. My only major concern is my case - mobo combo. I'm confused if this problem is fixed, and if not, I'm looking for another passive motherboard.

you could go cheapo and get the asrock 939SATAII mobo, it has a passive northbridge.

alot of those little fans mobos come with can easily be replaced. zalman and thermalright has many coolers for them
