Pondering watercooling & novibes III, Heat issue 4 HD?

Currently I have a raptor mounted in the lower drive cage in my p180 and seeks from my raptor are still pretty loud. I wanted to move onto the next step and get a watercooling unit for my processor and video card and I was wondering if the lack of airflow within the case (externaly mounted radiators) would be detrimental to HD temps with the HD mounted in the 5.25 bay with novibes III...

With an overclocked opty 165 @ 2.7ghz would the nb get too warm. It doesn't hit anything right now above 54C right now...
