Orientation of SI-120 on MB

Does it matter which way the Thermalright SI-120 heatsink is installed: widest part horizontally or vertically (pipes running horizontally or vertically)? There will be a 120mm fan installed on the heatsink.

Case is P150 and MB is ASUS A8N-SLI-Premium.
