Motherboard thumb screws do not exist.
The closest that you will get a is a screwless motherboard fixing solution in Theramltake Xaser Wingo cases that uses a special extra tall stand-off that you hook the board over and a plastic pin that locks the board in place.
Compared to the normal stand-off/screw combo, they are not worth it as they would make it hard to install the motherboard on the IO-Shield side.
