I am looking for a computer that is fast, reliable and silent (at a distance of about two feet). Does the above system qualify? Should I change any of the components?
Thanks in advance for any assistance,

Well, definately not. The 6000+ from AMD is a beast, it produces over 125 W of heat. Also I have that freezer pro, it's quiet but not silent. You'll hear that at 2', but you'll need it at full RPM to cool that thing.
*Coolermaster PSU is probably not the quietest.
*Fans on Corsair dominator RAM is loud.
*8800GT is going to be not-silent with the stock cooling.
*Akaska Amber fans are not quiet.
I'd recommend going with a different vendor if you can. Also, with the money you are spending you should look at an Intel Q6600 or E6850 CPU, OR if you really want AMD go with the 5000+ Black Edition or the 5600+ Brisbane.

Be sure to check the clearance between the:
- Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro - S754/939/940
and the heatsinks on the:
- ASUS M2N32-SLi Deluxe WiFi NF590 SLI, Socket AM2
I'm looking at that same motherboard and I'm planning to use the:
Thermalright SI-128
Had a look at the Ninja Mini, but that definately has clearance issues with the motherboard heatsinks.
