A two fan system on GA-MA78GM-S2H?

Actually, this topic in a way repeats the parallel one about this wonderful MB. Anyways, I built my system as following:
- Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H
- 4850e
- 512MB Sapphire Radeon HD3450
- Seasonic S12 380W
- Antec SLK3000B
I've managed to install a big Ninja without a fan onto the processor. I've tried to run the system with only one case fan - Scythe S-Flex 1200U. The report of SpeedPort seems to be alright:
HD0: 45 C
Temp2: 25 C
Temp3: 84 C
HD0: 39 C
Temp1: 36 C
Core: 3C
Fan2: 733RPM
I worry actually about the VGA-card, since it has only passive cooling.
My questions are:
how high can be the temperature of a VGA-card?
how can one measure it?
what the temperatures are reported by Speedport. I guess Temp2 is CPU and Temp3 is Nb?
can it be more effective here to use the case fan as for intake or exhaust?
is it ok to run it so or i missed something?
and a side question. it seems the psu makes a lot more noise than the case fan. what would you recommend as a replacement: Modu82+ 625W or something with less power like Corsair or Seasonic S12II.
Thank for your help!
