Nexus NX-5000 R3 530W

Does anyone know, is the Nexus NX-5000 R3 530W power supply just as silent as the Nexus Value 430W ?
The manufacturer claims that the noise level is 15 dB(A) in idle load just like at the Nexus Value 430W...
